Robert Walljasper, CEC, CCE -  President


Robert Walljasper, CEC, CCE is a chef and an educator. Currently, he teaches at Hospitality Management Department of New York City College of Technology. The department prepares students to enter the industry with solid foundation. Chef Walljasper’s career has spanned over 30 years in the hospitality industry in establishments like New York Athletic Club, New York Palace, Chez Madeleine and higher education field.



Lifelong learning has been an important part of his career. Over the years, he has continued to grow by continuing education, earning certifications and participating in competitions. Most recently he competed in 2016 Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany. Robert has been an active member of the community volunteering at fundraising events, mentoring future culinarians and serving in variety officer positions in chef organizations.
