Keltus Campo - Recording Secretary
A native of Trinidad & Tobago, Chef Keltus Campo emigrated to the U.S.A in 1980 and attended LaGuardia Community College and The Culinary Institute of America-- the world’s Leading College for Hospitality Management. He is currently working at City Harvest, the world’s first and oldest food rescue organization.
As Senior Manager of the agency relations department where he oversees a portfolio of over 150 emergency feeding programs, including soup kitchens and food pantries in Brooklyn. Chef Keltus also manages alternate distribution programs that allow agency partners to access more food directly from donors.
Chef Keltus sits on the Board of Directors of the International Chefs Association/American Culinary Federation – The Big Apple Chapter in New York City. He is also the recording secretary, and the chair person for the Chef & the Child Foundation.
