Janelle Clarke - Membership Coordinator


Janelle Clarke is a chef currently working at Mount Sinai St Luke’s Halfway House.  In her role she makes sure that nutritious meals are available to patients suffering with addictions.  Since graduating from The Art Institute of New York City in 2008, she has been true always finding new ways to make food lively, interesting and delicious.


Janelle is always seeking new trends and more education within the industry. She is in the graduating class of 2019 with her Bachelors in Hospitality Management and is transitioning to her Masters soon after. Janelle is currently working on her cookbook of her favorite recipes and a YouTube channel to showcase some of those recipes.
